Modern Tyres Strand Road Spotlight

Manager Paul Hannaway of the Modern Tyres depot Strand Road gives us an insight into the day to day operations of Ireland’s largest tyre retailers.

 

Situated in the heart of L’Derry on the Strand Road, stands one of Modern Tyres busiest depots. Right on the A2 section, there is a constant flow of traffic - and customers who pop in with a very diverse selection of needs.

Luckily the right man and team for the job are right there in Modern Tyres ready to take on any job whether it’s changing tyres, replacing brake discs or exhausts - Paul Hannaway, the depot manager has mustered a team of mechanics and tyre fitters that are second to none.

 

Speaking to Paul Hannaway, there are a number of jobs that can be fulfilled in a day from servicing, M.O.T. checks, tyre changing, wheel balancing, wheel alignment, exhaust fitting, replacement and repair, battery changing and the list goes on.

Customer service is at the very forefront of any good business and thats why we can, as a team, fulfill our customers requirements on a daily basis. The way I see it is that our team here contribute to safety on the roads here in our beautiful city, for ensuring that when a customer leaves the depot that they have been given the best service and product on the market.

 

The city itself is incredibly rich with history with some of the most popular tourist destinations in Northern Ireland. The City Walls, The Guildhall Theatre and St. Columb’s Cathedral to name but a few.
