Modern Tyres SIMA / Vredestein Visit
Modern Tyres representatives, Rory Byrne and James Byrne visited this year’s SIMA International Agribusiness show in Paris and the Vredestein headquarters in Amsterdam.
The SIMA International Agribusiness show in Paris covers almost every sector in the field of agriculture.
This massive display of solutions for farmers of all backgrounds and production capacities includes crop irrigation, forestry, post harvesting, crop protection, landscaping, handling and transportation of goods, livestock management, dairy and just about everything you can think of.
The event draws 1,800 companies from 42 countries and 235,000 visitors from around the world.
The trip took Rory and James Byrne to the Vredestein Headquarters in Enschede. This expansive factory has grown over the years and produces some of the best tyres on the market from car, van, agricultural and heavy industrial.
Modern Tyres have been trading with Vredestein for more than 50 years from when Jimmy Byrne first sent correspondence in 1967 opening their long term partnership.
In 1992 Vredestein Marked their 25 year business partnership with Modern Tyres replying with the original letter as an accolade of dedication and commitment.
27 years on from that, Modern Tyres and Vredestein still enjoy a unique and special relationship.
