Goodyear UltraGrip Performance+ a Winning Choice for Winter

The Goodyear UltraGrip Performance+ has the 1st Place award in the German car magazine Auto Bild winter tyre testing and is currently being highly touted as one of the best on the market.

The Goodyear UltraGrip Performance+ is an exceptional winter tyre which delivers strong performances in all the winter tyre test criteria.  Designed with sports cars in mind, the Goodyear UltraGrip Performance+ works especially well in a range of wet, dry and Winter conditions.

The tests included 11 different tyres covering 14 different criteria in which the Goodyear UltraGrip Performance+ performed the best in several aspects resulting in the tyre being the overall winner.

Goodyear’s latest Winter tyre was also praised for it’s exemplary handling in all weather conditions especially on snowy surfaces.

On wet surfaces the UltraGrip Performance+ only required 45.7 metres to stop at 100km/h which was 1.5 metres less than the nearest competitor. On snow, the braking distance was 27.6 metres with the nearest competitor braking at an even 28 metres.

The Goodyear UltraGrip Performance+ also had the best performance in handling and aquaplaning on a wet surface.
