2016 National Ploughing Championships Success

Some 283,000 people attended this year’s National Ploughing Championships which was held  in Screggan, Tullamore, Co. Offaly.

This year was the 85th running of what is now Europe’s largest outdoor event with over 1600 exhibitors.

Somewhere in the region of €35m was expected to be spent over the course of the three days by visitors to this year’s event.

Modern Tyres were show casing the full range of Vredestein Agricultural tyres on their stand and had a lot of enquiries over the three days. They also raised €500 for their nominated charity for 2016, Make A Wish with their Shoot-Score-Win football challenge on the stand.
